Operational Leak #6 · Multi-Outlet Blind Spots
Run 2, 5, or 20 branches without losing visibility.
SalonOS centralizes all your outlets into one system. Clients redeem memberships anywhere, while inter-branch settlements are tracked automatically.
Switch between branches in one click or view consolidated revenue, footfall, and occupancy across your entire chain.
Clients buy a prepaid package at Outlet A and redeem at Outlet B seamlessly, with backend inter-branch accounting reconciliation.
Update service prices, discount rules, or GST categories across all outlets at once, or override by location tier.
How multi-outlet management works
- 1
Unified customer profile
Client history, style notes, and wallet balances sync across every branch in real time.
- 2
Inter-branch balance settlement
When a service package is redeemed at a different branch from where it was purchased, the system credits the performing branch.
- 3
Chain-wide executive telemetry
Compare branch performance, chair utilization rates, and staff productivity side-by-side from your phone.
Multi-outlet infrastructure
- Unified customer master database across all locations
- Cross-branch prepaid wallet, membership, and package redemptions
- Inter-branch financial settlement and revenue attribution
- Centralized menu, service pricing, and discount governance
- Role-based staff permissions per outlet and brand-wide
- Published INR pricing per outlet with no enterprise contract lock-ins
Questions owners ask
Can branch managers see performance of other branches?
No. Role-based security restricts branch managers and cashiers to their own location while owners access consolidated chain reports.
How does inter-branch package accounting work?
When Branch B performs a service paid for at Branch A, SalonOS generates a settlement journal crediting Branch B's service revenue.
Can different branches have different service prices?
Yes. You can configure tier-based pricing (e.g. Metro Flagship vs Suburban Outlet) while maintaining a single unified catalog.
