Salon billing software with GST

Salon billing that gets GST right at checkout.

Every service and product carries its own tax category. Invoices print with GSTIN and HSN/SAC, payments can be split across methods, and your CA gets GST-ready exports.

GST on every line

Each service and product is assigned a tax category and rate. The invoice shows the tax breakdown with your GSTIN and HSN/SAC codes.

Split payments

Take part cash, part UPI and part card on one bill. Wallet balance, gift cards and membership benefits apply at the same checkout.

Cash register and day close

Open and close the drawer, record cash in and out, and get a daily report with the GST collected by rate.

From bill to GST return

  1. 1

    Bill the visit

Add services and products. Discounts, loyalty redemption and membership benefits are applied before tax is computed.

  2. 2

    Collect payment

Choose cash, card, UPI, wallet or a split. The split total must equal the invoice balance before you confirm.

  3. 3

    Export for filing

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B style summaries are exported for your CA. SalonOS prepares the data; it does not file on the GST portal.

Questions owners ask

Does SalonOS file my GST return?

No. It produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B style summaries that you or your CA use to file. It is not a direct GST portal integration.

Which GST rate does a salon service use?

You set the tax category and rate on each service and product. Confirm the rate that applies to your business with your CA, then enter it once in settings.

Can one bill be paid with cash and UPI together?

Yes. A bill can be split across any mix of payment methods, and the amounts must add up to the invoice balance.

Does billing work for more than one branch?

Yes. Each branch has its own invoices and cash register, and the owner sees the combined numbers in one place.

Close the day knowing the books match the till.
