Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to SalonOS subscriptions sold by Pavirion Consulting Private Limited. All amounts are in Indian rupees and GST is shown on every invoice (GSTIN 33AARCP1443N1Z1).

1. Cancel any time

You can cancel from your account or by emailing hello@modernsalonowner.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

2. Refunds

• First-time purchase: if you are not satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.
• Duplicate or wrong charge: refunded in full, including GST, when reported within 30 days.
• Service failure: if we cannot deliver the paid service for an extended period because of a fault on our side, we will credit or refund the affected days pro rata.
• Otherwise: renewals and partial periods are not refunded once the period has begun.

3. Not refundable

• Messaging, WhatsApp or SMS usage already consumed.
• Custom setup, data migration or training that has been delivered.
• Charges from third parties such as Meta, payment gateways or banks.
• Accounts suspended for breach of the Terms.

4. How to ask

Email hello@modernsalonowner.com from the account owner’s email with your invoice number and reason. We reply within 3 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or gateway. A credit note is issued for the GST portion as the law requires.

6. Salon clients’ payments

Payments, wallets, memberships and packages that a client buys from a salon are governed by that salon’s own policy. SalonOS is the software; the salon is the seller. Contact the salon for those refunds.
